Metallic signs incur an additional $5.00+GST per sign (or as quoted). Add met after the order
code (eg: BTS11-met).
Special colour signs incur an additional $5.00+GST per sign (or as quoted). Add sp after the
order code (eg: BTS011-sp).
Matching to a specific colour incurs an additional $35.00+GST for colour matching fee
(once only).
Aluminium or Acrylic backing on our standard signs incurs an additional $15.00+GST per sign
(or as quoted). Please add Ali for Aluminium backing (eg: BTS11-Ali) or Acr for Acrylic
backing (eg: BTS11-Acr).
UV stabilising and graffiti proof coating for external signs incur an additional $6.00+GST per sign
(or as quoted). Please note minimum charge is $40.00+GST. Add ex after code (eg BTS11-ex).
Air-lock. Please note there is no charge for the air-lock symbol to be added. When ordering
please add AL after the order code (eg: BTS11-AL).

SIGN SPECIFICATIONS:
BTS (Aust) signs are a continuous surface with no add-ons Nothing can be picked off or removed from the signs Hygienically clean BTS (Aust) signs have all finishes applied to the reverse side of the sign. All signs come mounted to 0.75mm flexible PVC backing, unless specified. Signs overall thickness is approx 1.2mm thick. If the sign is not purchased with tape on the back, we recommend using liquid nails or
similar please note some silicons do not adhere to PVC. All signs come with a Braille Locator, unless specified otherwise. All signs come as our standard white on ultramarine blue, unless specified otherwise. Accessible & Audio Loop symbols are required to be white on ultramarine blue.
STANDARDS:
Australian, New Zealand, British and Canadian standard specifications and design for raised
Braille and tactile signs are fully compatible. Signs produced by Braille Tactile Signs (Aust)
are fully compliant with D3.6 of the building code of Australia and Australian/New Zealand
Standards AS1428.1. BTS (Aust) signs are therefore fully compliant with requirements in
these countries.
WARRANTY:
Braille Tactile Signs (Aust) warrants each new BTS purchased from us to be free from defects
in all material and workmanship under normal use, with the following terms and conditions.
1) Signs are not covered by warranty if damage is caused by accident, vandalism, improper
handling or poor installation. 2) BTS (Aust) warranty does not cover installation, call out or any other labour charges. 3) BTS (Aust) offer a period of one (1) year warranty on signage from date of invoice.
BTS PAYMENT TERMS:
Terms: Full payment of invoice is required prior to dispatch unless an account
arrangement has been approved by management
